Really good Stay

varied breakfast helpful staff clean room convenient location

The breakfast was quite good and offered many choices. The staff allowed me to store medicine in the bar fridge as my room lacked a refrigerator. The room was very clean I found this satisfactory. The location allows quick access to the metro tram and bus.

Elevators did not stop exactly at the floor level so I had to carry my luggage up a short flight of stairs.

Breakfast included hot cooked foods fresh fruit yogurts homemade cakes and nuts. These items gave many choices. I considered the choices plentiful for starting the day well.

The room featured a smart TV allowing streaming from personal subscriptions. The bed was comfortable assuring restful nights. I found the room quite large and meticulously maintained.

charming stay!

helpful service delicious breakfast czech beer

the service was so helpful and pleasant. breakfast was excellent and delicious. i was charmed by a welcome drink for every guest, with czech beer was available. no need to add more to that, really!

room key was not working after asking multiple times. this was a problem at night since the main door needs a key. no one bothered to do anything even when we used the buzzer. also, half of the towels were dirty, not ideal.

the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. check-in was fast, and i got a map with all the local attractions. they also offered luggage storage after checkout.

the hotel is at an awesome location near public transport. the tram stop is only a few steps away. the national museum is a short walk away, made getting around very easy.

the breakfast was really good with a variety of healthy options. the bed was comfy. and the shower was GREAT.

the absence of air conditioning can, especially in summer. the elevators only serve the half floors, so you have to walk the rest of the way.

wide selection metro access friendly staff missing heating courtyard smoking uneasy elevator

the breakfast was good i found a wide selection available. the location is excellent metro access is nearby. the staff were friendly and assisted with directions

the bathroom lacked heating it felt quite cold. i noticed guests smoking in the courtyard i found the smell entered my room. the elevator felt uneasy to use

Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was pretty convenient for exploring.

The lack of air conditioning was a real issue. The room felt stuffy, and opening the window let in a lot of street noise at night. This made it hard to sleep well.

the breakfast had many options, nice. i also found the location convenient as it was near the metro station.
